Request for Proposals: Greenhouse Propane Tanks and Service

The Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma is accepting bids the propane tanks and service for a 35,000 square foot hydroponic greenhouse project. The proposed system will include three (3) one thousand (1000) gallon tanks supplying eleven (11) 300,000 btu unit heaters and a back-up generator. The bid should include all tanks, meters, piping, connectors, and any other necessary equipment. The winning bidder will work closely with plumbers and other contractors during all phases of construction to ensure propane system and service work and continue as designed.  Detailed information about the unit heaters and the greenhouse design are available by request.

SUBMISSIONS

All bids must be submitted via mail to the address below the submission deadline. The deadline for submission is Tuesday, December 17th. The bids will be opened on Thursday, December 19th at 2:00 p.m. CST in the front lobby of the Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma headquarters, located at 118 S. Eight Tribes Trail, Miami, Oklahoma. Bidders and members of the public are welcome for the bid opening.
