Request for Proposals: Greenhouse Back-up Generator System

The Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma is accepting bids for a 125kw standby propane generator (120/208V 3-phase) for a 35,000 square foot hydroponic greenhouse project. The generator will run pumps, fans, grow lights, refrigeration, and other systems in case of a temporary power loss. The system will be run on propane, and the bid should include all generators, transfer switches, wiring, design, piping, connectors, and any other necessary equipment. The winning bidder will work closely with electricians, plumbers and other contractors during all phases of construction to ensure the generator system works as designed. Detailed information about the equipment being supported by the generator is available by request.

SUBMISSIONS

All bids must be submitted via mail to the address below the submission deadline. The deadline for submission is Tuesday, December 17th. The bids will be opened on Thursday, December 19th at 2:30 p.m. CST in the front lobby of the Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma headquarters, located at 118 S. Eight Tribes Trail, Miami, Oklahoma. Bidders and members of the public are welcome for the bid opening.
