Request for Proposals: Greenhouse Hydroponic Systems for Growing Tomatoes, Peppers, Cucumbers, and Strawberries
The Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma is accepting bids for hydroponic systems that will be used to grow tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and strawberries. The system for tomatoes will be housed inside two adjacent 30’x 96’ greenhouse bays, and all others in their own separate 30’x 96’ greenhouse bays. The bid should include all tanks, injectors, pumps, piping, connectors, gutters, containers, stands, hangers, and any other necessary equipment. The preferred equipment for tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers will utilize the slab method, but all growing systems and types will be considered.

SUBMISSIONS
All submissions must be physical copies, delivered via mail, to the address listed below. The deadline for submission is 3:00 PM CST on Friday, March 28th, 2025. Bids will be opened at the Peoria Tribe Headquarters in public at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, March 31st, 2025. All respondents will be notified of the results by EMAIL, so please provide accurate contact information.
