Home Ownership

Low Income Native Americans, who reside in Ottawa or Delaware Counties in the State of Oklahoma, are eligible for home ownership through our Mutual Help program.

First preference shall be given to members of the Peoria Tribe and Ottawa Tribe.

Participant's family income must be at or below 80% of the National Median Income for the their family size.

An information packet must be completed and returned to the Peoria Housing Authority to determine eligibility.  Information packets can be picked up between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday at the address listed below.
