The Peoria Tribal Burial Program Death Benefits are $5000 per member.

Burial assistance policies have not changed.  All Burial Assistance Applications must be completed and returned with an original of the death certificate no later than one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of death.  All deceased must be enrolled members of the Peoria Tribe.
